iReveille uses UPS and FedEx as a preferred shippers. Once an item is won and you are interested in shipping please forward a "paid in full" invoice and desired shipping address to Support@iReveille.com. We will then email you an adjusted invoice and shipping cost will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume or orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or addresses
iReveille does not ship to PO Boxes and only ships to addresses within the United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Reveille is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Prior to purchase of your item, you will be allowed to preview it at the warehouse. All items are sold as is with no warranty. No exceptions will be made, and some items are considered “scratch and dent” All sales are final and cannot be returned.
